NIRN Nepal has developed its own HR Policy with guidelines in handling overall organization in an efficient manner and binds the employees and organization in an agreement. The organizational structure constitutes of the Board of Directors, Advisory Committee, Management Committee, Procurement Committee, Recruitment Committee and Core Professionals along with District and Palika level interfaith committee.
All the full-time professional staffs in the national and provincial offices are recruited following the organization’s policies. The day-to-day functions in the organization is managed by Program Coordinator and a team of Admin and Finance Officer, Program Officers, MEAL Officer and Office Assistant with reporting to Board of Members on a regular basis.
